In Constructed, Dromoka could find himself atop the curve of an Abzan or Selesnya mid-range deck. Compared to her previous form in Fate Reforged, Dromoka, the Eternal, the Dragonlord is much more versatile. The previous incarnation was only useful in a specific kind of deck due to her effect: whenever a Dragon attacks, bolster 2. While the +1/+1 counters are nice in certain decks, the Dragonlord is far more aggressive and can slow opponents down.
As a Commander, the new Dromoka allows for some powerful builds. Having a Commander that can't be countered that then allows your threats to land without the threat of being countered is very powerful. Also, the aforementioned Grand Abolisher is a great card to play alongside Dromoka thematically. Angelic Arbiter and Iona, Shield of Emeria make great allies for this Dragonlord in Commander, as well.
Overall, the green/white Dragonlord is a powerful Dragon who should be all sorts of good things: a Limited bomb, Constructed playable "boss" creature, Commander, and casual favorite.
