There's become more interest in Tranquil Grove with all of the Enchantment Creatures in the game since the Theros block of set. Because Tranquil Grove has an activated ability, you can play it at instant speed. This means that as soon as an opponent plays any sort of Enchantment, the Grove can activate and blow it away. Three mana is pretty good for this kind of removal, especially with how many cards it can take out at once, without even destroying itself!
The quote by Hanna, Ship’s Navigator is pretty cool, too. "Even the fiercest storm has a peaceful eye." It can either serve as a rattlesnake card that prevents a player from playing their better Enchantments, or as a 5 mana way to wipe out a board already full of them. It's a flavorful card that can be an absolute blow-out in the right situation. It’s good repeatable and fairly-costed Enchantment removal.
While it is a very situational card, for Constructed purposes, it can be a decent side board card. It's especially useful if players in your meta use those crazy Enchantress decks. Commander players might have some use for it, too, depending on the playgroup.
