Handmade items coming directly from us will be shipped within 2 to 3 business days via 2-3 day USPS shipping, in most cases. When you order, your order details will specify the type of shipping expected and it will be updated via email and your account throughout the process.
Digital Products:
Digital products are available immediately upon purchase from your account dashboard. There are no limits on how many times you can download an item you already purchased. It will remain available for the life of our company and/or your account. If you close your account, we cannot guarantee availability after that, as your data will no longer be available to supply it to you. When yuou order, instructions for that order will be in your order details.
Digital Services:
Digital services can vary in delivery, due to the custom nature. Adhere to each listing's details, as well as information provided to you upon ordering. These are custom items, such as website creation, written content, logo and other graphic design, and more. Timelines can vary but we do tend to deliver at a fairly competitive time rate. Some items may even be delivered the same or next day, depending on what's involved. Stay tuned to your email submitted with the order for the best updated information on these orders. Print on demand items are prepared and shipped by an outside party. Most of these items take 2 to 10 business days to ship. However, they all will vary, depending on a variety of factors. When you order these items, you will be updated via your account dashboard and email about processing and shipping times.
