It took a great deal of energy for me to remember that Lyn and I had made a trip to Target yesterday to pick up a few things. Even Lyn couldn't remember if we'd gone there yesterday or the other day. That's because so many times, I think most of us could say that the days run together. But since I know we ate Marie Callendar's frozen meals yesterday, we must have gotten them from somewhere.
What's especially interesting is that I pretty much made it a point to not go out today, only that we did, trying a new place for lunch. It isn't new, but they just started carrying a line of fried chicken. We didn't get chicken, though, in fact. We had subs, and they were very good. I must say I had the best BLT I've ever had out and Lyn greatly enjoyed her Italian. That Italian even had the proper pepper sauce that D'Angelos seems to refuse to put on it for her. We'll be ordering from there again – although they deliver, I probably won't be doing that. I don't like ordering for delivery, probably for the same reason that I don't like drive-throughs – it's extremely inconvenient if they screw it up. The place isn't that far anyway.
Besides that, it was another late morning and I haven't accomplished much of anything besides writing this. Lyn got some stuff posted, because she always manages to do that. I'm hoping to get some more reading done, and definitely hoping the Red Sox pull one out tonight – they fell short last night to the Phillies.
All I know is I really need to get back to writing.
