Winter winds whip my hair
Slamming the ice into my eyes

I cannot see but rejoice all the same
Winter winds are here again

Winter winds chill my bones
Rushing through so fast

I have no feeling in my fingers
Yet the joy still lingers

Winter winds whip through the air
And all the streets are bare
