Most of our products are 100% handmade. Those that aren't generally consist of creating and sending a design to a 3rd party and having that party place our design onto a product. These practices require us to incur material, processing, and handling costs that cannot be refunded to us. The creative process also requires a great deal of brainwork, time, and hard work. Therefore, we do not offer returns or exchanges on our items. However, we will always do our best to ensure our customers receive quality items they are happy with. SERVICES:
Our services require time, hard work, and brainwork that we cannot get back. They also often have fees associated with tools used in production and more. Services also usually have a finished product, such as blog posts, websites, social posts, business cards, and so on. These are custom items that usually cannot be repurposed.
